Privacy policy
What we collect
Churches add information about their people, such as names, contact details, households, attendance, class progress and certificates. We also collect account details for staff and usage data that helps us keep the service running well.
How we use it
We use church data only to provide the service to that church: onboarding, classes, messaging, teaching content and reporting. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Children’s information
Children’s records and photos are added by churches with a parent or guardian’s consent. Studio images stay in the church’s private gallery unless an admin downloads them.
Security & storage
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited by role and location. Churches can export or delete their data at any time.
Your rights
Members can ask their church to see, correct or delete their information. Churches can contact us for help responding to these requests.
Terms of service
Accounts
Church admins are responsible for who has access to their account and for keeping sign-in details secure.
Licences & billing
Each app is licensed for the whole church on a monthly or annual basis. Trials last 30 days. Licences renew automatically until cancelled.
Your content
Your church owns the content and data it adds. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use the service to send unsolicited messages, upload content you don’t have rights to, or share personal data without consent.
Cancellation
You can cancel any licence from Billing at any time. Data is kept for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
