Sign in and follow the six-step setup: church name and logo, what you call your locations (campuses, parishes, branches or your own word), each location, branding colours, and which apps to turn on. You can change any of it later in Settings.
Yes. Admins manage onboarding, classes, content, billing and settings. Members get a personal portal with their learning progress, Bible reader, library and journey, and only see the apps your church has licensed.
In Orientation → Messaging, each sequence starts when someone reaches a stage, such as being added as a guest. Messages go out by email, SMS or WhatsApp on the days you set, and stop automatically when the person replies or moves on.
A member becomes ready once they have attended the required number of sessions and passed the quiz. Open the course roster and choose Issue certificate. It is emailed to them with your church name and logo.
Go to Scripture Explorer → Children’s Church, choose the Sunday and age group, adjust the lesson, then share it with teachers and parents or print the teacher pack and take-home sheet.
Studio asks you to confirm you have permission for every photo, including a parent or guardian’s consent for children. Pictures stay in your church gallery unless you download them.
Each app is licensed for your whole church, priced by congregation size, with a small fee per additional location. Annual billing includes two months free, and licensing all three apps saves 20%. Every app starts with a 30-day free trial.
The app is hidden from members straight away. Your data is kept for 90 days in case you re-license.
Yes. In Bible & apps you can enable public-domain and licensed translations and connect third-party Bible and study apps. Licensed translations are billed by their publishers.
