Onboarding
Why guests don't come back, and the first 72 hours that change it

Most guests decide whether they'll return before they've reached the car park. What happens in the next three days decides whether they're right.
Across the churches we work with, guests who hear from a real person within 72 hours are far more likely to come back. The message doesn't have to be polished. It has to be personal, and it has to arrive on time.
Day one: a name, not a newsletter
Send a short note from someone they met, or someone at their campus. Mention the service they attended. Leave the event calendar for later.
“Let all things be done decently and in order.”1 Corinthians 14:40
Day three: one clear next step
Offer a single invitation: coffee with a pastor, a newcomers' lunch, or the next membership class. One option gets a reply. Five get ignored.
In Kingdom Aligned, each of these steps can be a stage in your onboarding pathway, so follow-ups are assigned automatically and nobody is missed.
